Ernest B. Myers, Jr.

Ernest began the always, interesting journey which is vocational Christian ministry in his senior year of university.  That path has led him to serve as a pastor with three congregations, church planter, missional strategist in Central America and South Asia, and development consultant with congregations and faith-based organizations.  Having worked with organizations in 32 states and 12 countries, Ernest’s people-centered orientation demonstrates a motivation to encourage and empower people helping other people. A person who has seen Ernest up close in a development environment says, “[Ernest] has a unique ability to plan for today, while keeping tomorrow’s goals and objectives firmly in sight.”

A commitment to growing individually and professionally is a hallmark of his life.  He received a B.A. from Mississippi College, a M.Div. from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Ph.D. from California Graduate School of Theology.  He has been an adjunct professor or guest lecturer in institutions of higher learning in the USA, Canada, Great Britain, The Netherlands, Singapore, Hong Kong, and India.  Ernest is an avid reader keeping up particularly with the most current best practices in the areas of fund development, non-profit organizational management, and intentional disciplemaking.

Paul D. Watson

Since the day God called Paul into full-time ministry, he has traveled over 200,000 miles training disciple-making teams in the UK, France, Indonesia, Malaysia, Lebanon, Egypt, Germany, and all over the United States.

Until August 15,2015, Paul served as director of Cityteam’s Rescue and Recovery Center in downtown Portland, OR. Feeding the homeless while helping alcoholics discover sobriety and Jesus taught him incredible lessons about putting feet to faith and loving those who don’t love themselves. Paul left his role at Cityteam so that he can focus on catalyzing Disciple Making Movements among the unreached and under-reached peoples in the United States and Canada.

Paul and his family are active members at Westside Community Church in Aloha, OR. Paul and his wife, Christi, lead a growth group that meets in their home on Sunday evenings. Paul is incredibly excited by his pastor’s desire to see 10,000 churches planted in the Pacific Northwest and wants to use his experiences to help his pastor and other ministry leaders plant churches among people who would not normally attend the typical church in North America.

Justin Dorroh

Justin grew up in just outside of Houston TX. In 1999, he attended Baylor University in Waco TX and while in Waco got involved in Antioch Community Church as a freshman in college. During his college years Justin was exposed to life on life discipleship and missions through his local church involvement at Antioch. God began the process of intertwining missional living and discipleship during this college experience that He continued to build upon as Justin stepped into the next season of life. After college Justin went into the business world and continued to learn and develop in walking with God and making disciples in a non-ministry environment. In 2006 Justin and his wife Rachelle moved to Portand OR to join a church-planting team with Antioch. During their 8 years in Oregon Justin and Rachelle had a deeply transforming experience where they learned how to live from the grace of God and their identity in Christ, while continuing to make disciples and live on mission in the city. Over the last few years Justin has focused on making disciples through a simple and reproducible discovery oriented DNA and training others to do the same. Justin is now the Director of the Antioch Discipleship School located in Waco TX where he trains men and women to discover God and make disciples through simple and reproducible tools and strategies. Justin and Rachelle have been married for 13 years and have 3 children: Emma (9), Lucy (7), and Jack (3).
