INSIDE MENTOR

They train, coach, & support a team of Christian prisoners to reach other prisoners by mobilizing prayer, doing good works, & starting Discovery Bible Studies throughout the prison. They connect prisoners to the global community of FI by bringing prayers & requests between outside & inside.

ASSISTANT MENTOR

Assistant Mentors support inside and Re-entry Mentors by assisting in administrative tasks and aiding in essential organization. They also help communicate the work being done as well as supporting the discipling process as they accompany Mentors.

RE-ENTRY MENTOR

They support and guide parolees re-enter society by connecting them to services & needs while helping them find jobs & community support. Also, mentors train, coach, & support a team of Christian parolees in disciple-making among their communities.

RE-ENTRY SUPPORT MEMBER

They serve parolees during re-entry such as helping them find food and clothes, driving them to get their ID, or assisting them in finding a job. They may also support the FI team in practical or administrative tasks.

COMMUNITY ENGAGER

To reach whole families & communities and break cycles of generational incarceration, this volunteer occupy key positions within the community, serve & disciple families, & seek familial reconciliation and healing.

PRAYER CHAMPION

They partner with Christian prisoners through praying for Kingdom city transformation by writing & sending prayers and requests. They champion prayer by recruiting others to participate in prayer events and the Pray with Prisoners Project, and mobilize existing groups to pray about the FI mission and city needs.

ADVISORY BOARD MEMBER

Using movement principles, the board solves community problems & creates a comprehensive, sustainable process to transform communities & reflect the Kingdom of God. They recruit and establish teams, build and work the FI process, develop resources, raise prayer partners, and form key partnerships.
