CDM and our community strive to bring God's Kingdom to earth in our daily lives by intentionally pursuing relationships with friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors. Our team at CDM works to support our community by providing the coaching, community, resources, and tools they need to grow and multiply as disciple-makers.
